Bryce Cannon – Return From Injury Feature
Reality Series Segment | Broadcast Production | Multi-Entity Collaboration
Commissioned for a reality series featuring former WWE stars The Good Brothers and Lariato Pro Wrestling, this sit-down interview segment was produced for broadcast and licensed to Triller TV.
The objective was clear: build anticipation around Bryce Cannon’s return from a career-threatening knee injury while reinforcing his credibility as Lariato Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion. The piece needed to feel authentic, cinematic, and emotionally grounded while aligning with the tone of a nationally distributed wrestling reality series.
Production required two dedicated travel days and an extended on-location shoot to capture the right performance and visual tone. The interview format was intimate and focused, allowing Bryce to recount his journey from referee to champion, the sudden injury that sidelined him for six months, and the physical and mental toll of recovery. The narrative centers on resilience, discipline, and the grind required to return to the main event spotlight.
Post-production involved complex coordination across multiple stakeholders. The final edit required:
• Collaboration with Lariato Pro Wrestling leadership
• Alignment with series producers connected to The Good Brothers
• Broadcast delivery standards for Triller TV
• Multi-round revision workflows
In addition, the project required:
• Licensing and integration of music
• Sourcing and clearance of archival wrestling footage from multiple entities
• Structuring a cohesive story arc from raw interview content
• Shaping a compelling promotional narrative around Bryce’s championship return
The final piece balances vulnerability and confidence, positioning Bryce Cannon not just as an athlete returning from injury, but as a featured main-event competitor whose comeback carries emotional weight and broadcast value.
This project demonstrates the ability to operate within a multi-entity production environment, manage licensing and rights clearances, execute under demanding travel schedules, and deliver broadcast-ready storytelling built to generate anticipation.
