COLLARxELBOW – Official Brand Launch Film

Produced during the launch phase of COLLARxELBOW, this announcement film formally introduced the brand to the wrestling community. The project involved collaboration with former WWE talent and Netflix Wrestlers personality Al Snow on script development, while I established the overall tone, visual direction, and post-production treatment.
The objective was to position COLLARxELBOW not simply as merchandise, but as a wrestling-first brand rooted in authenticity and emotional connection. The script centers on passion, shared culture, and the bond between performer and fan. The message is direct and declarative: this is not just apparel, it is identity.
Visually, the piece carries forward the gritty language established in the teaser. Handheld framing, textured lighting, and grounded production choices reinforce legitimacy. The aesthetic avoids polish for polish’s sake, leaning instead into controlled rawness that reflects wrestling’s physicality and heritage.
Extensive audio design played a critical role in shaping tone. Music layering, pacing, and vocal presence were carefully structured to build anticipation and gravitas around the brand reveal. The final cut balances personality-driven introduction with mythic positioning.
